I’m excited to announce that Hippie Boy: A Girl’s Story is being acquired by Berkley, a division of Penguin Random House, and will hit bookstores nationwide in January 2014.
My indie author journey with Hippie Boy has been incredible—thanks in every way to all of the amazing readers who took a chance on my story. I’m thrilled to be partnering with Berkley to generate more widespread awareness for Hippie Boy and make it broadly available in bookstores, libraries and schools throughout North America and, eventually, around the globe. But as I make the transition from the indie to traditional publishing worlds, I wanted to express my thanks to all of you by featuring a Reader Appreciation Week that kicks off today and will go through Friday.
Each day I will offer a giveaway on this blog. To participate, just enter your name and email address (once per day). A drawing for the winner be held the following morning. Thanks again for your support! It means everything. Best, Ingrid
(P.S. For today only, the eBook of Hippie Boy is only 99 cents on AMAZON and BN.Com)
