I spent a lot of time last year dwelling on the negative—from health concerns, to politics, to global warming. Then, because I’m a big believer in quantum physics and the notion that what we energize expands, I started focusing on all that’s right in my world. And it’s made a huge difference.
I’ve been starting each day by writing down one daily action that reinforces the Health, Happiness and Passion in my life. It’s been so helpful for me that I want to share it with all of you in hopes that you’ll join my Health, happiness and passion movement, and shift more energy in that direction.
Today’s Happiness Action: Morning coffee in Bed with my husband
For the past ear now, John and I have kicked off our morning with a cup of coffee in bed while watching the morning news. But it’s not just any coffee: It’s the darkest roast we can find, with one of our favorites being Starbucks’ Morning Joe Gold Coast blend. Our routine is always the same. John gets the coffee brewing and sets out our favorite mugs: a Seahawks mug for him, a You Are the Boss mug for me. I pour the coffee (we both take it black) and deliver John’s mug to him. Then we sped a half-hour in bliss before getting our day under way. It’s a daily ritual I love, and it’s high up on my Happiness list.

I love this new initiative! Thanks for sharing your positivity!
As for this particular thing to be grateful for, it sounds lovely and I’m so glad it’s a part of your life!
LOVE the positive component! It is so important these days of destructive things being beamed our way from above to recognize and be aware of all the positive possibilities in our environment and our lives. I choose to be grateful every morning when I wake up.
This is fantastic! I am all for empowering ourselves through positivity and of course, always a huge dose of Happiness. Nice one Ingrid! Will be following you xxx
Wonderful way to go. I am also an RPer. And I have a daily Sense of Well Being reminder. What gives me a sense of well being? Can be as simple as waking up in the morning and still being able to see the sky….
